Ian Landsman at UserScape contacted me to make a book cover for his eBook Customer Support for Bootstrappers. Written with Chase Clemons, Ian's eBook is a fast read, focused on uncomplicated customer service methods and getting right to the point so we wanted the cover to emulate this clean, focused look and feel.

Styled like a little health and safety handbook, we took a lifering as our symbol to represent customer support. We indicated the concept of 'focus' by highlighting one amongst the sea of other liferings on the cover.
